First, best sommelier in Italy at just 23 years old, then again, the writings, with the publication of the books "Grandi Vini di Piccole Cantine" and "Vini d'Autore". Then science, with enrollment and the subsequent degree in viticulture and oenology, achieved in 2006. Then manager in the commercial area for a very famous wine company, namely Feudi di San Gregorio, then wine producer with the cellar that bears his name. For this last experience he chose Sicily and, in particular, Etna, with the production of 2 wines that tell the most beautiful stories of the gentle giant of Sicily, that volcano which, from an oenological point of view, has for years offered enormous satisfactions, and it will give further and greater satisfactions.
