The GIMET family has been distilling quality spirits since 1929 in Gers, in the heart of Gascony. This region, in the south west of France, is a land of excellence for distillation. The oldest French Armagnac comes from these lands. The processing of GIMET is manual, with copper stills that date back 100 years ago.
