Near Sainte-Victorie, and precisely in Puyloubier, we find the Château Gassier, a very interesting production reality in Provence. The Gassier family has been working the vineyard with passion and dedication since 1982 and in 2016 they opted for the conversion to organic. In the vineyard, each plot is cultivated with the most suitable variety, so as to favor its growth. 50% of the vineyard land is intended for two important red grapes, Grenache and Syrah, while the remaining part leaves room for Rolle, Cinsault and Ugni Blanc. There are four labels produced to date, three rosés - among which we remember the "946" cuvée and the "Le Pas du Moine" - and a white, alongside which we find the "Esprit Gassier" line, made up of two rosés designed to the most convivial and brilliant moments. Elegant and carefree wines at the same time, a true expression of the territory from which they come.
