THE QUIET MAN

Origins far back in time for this "sui generis" distillery in Northern Ireland. John Mulgrew, father of Ciaran Mulgrew (the founder) during his fifty years spent working as a barman in Belfast pubs, often brought his son to work with him. Thus was born the passion for this extraordinary distillate and also the name of the distillery, in fact "the quiet man" was the nickname of his father, a person with a calm and reserved manner. From what was the beginning of it all, until today, various events have taken place and "The Quiet Man" has been rewarded with its whiskeys by international awards and medals, from the United States to Europe, passing through China . To this day “The Quiet Man” remains Irish owned and operated, and is proudly independent, just as the company's founding fathers taught their children.
