Endrizzi is among the oldest wine cellars in Trentino. The members of the Endrici family (in the local dialect “Endrizzi”), wine producers for five generations, have kept one constant alive: resourcefulness. Each generational transition has ensured that the Endrizzi winery is always in continuous evolution. Francesco and Angelo, founders of the winery, imported Cabernet and Merlot grapes into Trentino, vines that today are great protagonists of the Masetto line, together with the traditional Teroldego and Lagrein. Today the winery is managed by the fourth and fifth generations, namely Paolo and Christine and their children Lisa Maria and Daniele. The new cellar, cutting-edge and in line with the most modern technologies, sits alongside the historic walls of the old structure, testifying to the closeness - also architectural - of the present generation with the past one. The vineyards of the Endrizzi winery are all located in San Michele all'Adige, distributed over 17 hectares of property and 38 of the suppliers, followed directly by the winery which adopts agronomic practices aimed at respecting and safeguarding nature. Grassing is practiced in the vineyard, the fight against parasites is optimized thanks to the presence of birdhouses between the rows and synthetic chemical treatments are not used. Endrizzi is a company that has managed to grow over the years, continuously improving itself at the incessant pace of technological innovation in the cellar, without ever forgetting the long and historic tradition behind it. The unmistakable traits of Endrizzi wines are elegance and finesse, character, territorial typicality, characteristics all easily recognizable in each label. Very fascinating is the history of the so-called "garden of perfumes", a sort of educational-experimental vineyard that offers guests of the cellar the opportunity to touch and see for themselves the characteristics of the cultivated varieties and imagine the evolution of the perfumes over the years. chalice.
