Franz Gojer

Franz Gojer's farm dates back to the 14th century and the family's winemaking tradition has been handed down from generation to generation since then. We are in Cornedo all'Isarco, in the heart of Alto Adige and the production of Santa Maddalena . The Franz Gojer winery definitively developed in the 70s; in fact Franz's goal is to focus on native vines such as Schiava and Lagrein. The founder, in fact, is a passionate winemaker who immediately cultivated the vines aiming for quality and therefore producing truly interesting wines. His cellar is progressively recognized for its attention to excellence and tradition and his name soon becomes synonymous with wine quality in the Adige area. Over the decades, the winery continues to grow and expand, thanks to the passion and skill of his wife Maria Luise and son Florian who follow Franz in the management and development of the business. In the 80s and 90s, the Franz Gojer winery opened up to the international market, exporting its wines all over the world, thanks also to the range which was expertly expanded to include international vines such as Sauvignon. Today a vast range of labels, ranging from fresh and fruity whites to full-bodied and structured reds, is requested and appreciated by enthusiasts and operators. The Franz Gojer winery is also committed to environmental protection and sustainability. It adopts ecosystem-friendly agricultural practices and uses advanced technologies to minimize the environmental impact of its production.
