Garofoli Gioacchino

The history of Garofoli is a history of men and a family that has been identified in the world of wine production for five generations now. The same philosophy has always guided the company: continuous updating of production techniques, but respect for the traditional and historical systems of making wine; attention to the evolution of the market and its needs, but faithful to the value of the peculiarities that the traditions of the territory have transmitted.

Garofoli's production is carried out in two cellars. Great care is given to the selection of the grapes and the choice of the moment of maturation through chemical and sensorial analyzes of the vine itself. The Verdicchio grapes are processed in the Serra de' Conti winery, in the classic production area of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine. The base grapes of the Rosso Conero wine are instead vinified, always within the production area, in the Castelfidardo cellar where the base grapes of the Rosso Piceno wine and the other non-DOC white and red grapes are also processed. The winemaking operations are conducted with the most modern oenological techniques. The wine refining, aging, sparkling wine making and bottling operations also take place in the latter cellar. The company's administrative and commercial headquarters are also located in the Castelfidardo cellar.

Annual production stands at around 2 million bottles. The Garofoli brand is synonymous with elegance and composure, classicism, exquisite and vegetal aromas and intense bouquets. The numbers, recognitions and fame demonstrate, if proof were still needed, the excellence of a winery that has made its history and experience a strong point.
