Barolo, Barbaresco, Langhe Nebbiolo, Dolcetto d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Barbera d'Asti and Moscato.
Ancient wisdom and updated production techniques . Tenacity, patience, respect for the raw material and the territory. Producing wines for them means taking care of every detail: from winter pruning to spring green operations, from thinning to harvesting, up to pressing, fermentation and long refinement. Quality is a value that is discovered in the details. The total vine area owned by the Oddero company is approximately 35 hectares of which 16.5 are cultivated with Nebbiolo from Barolo and Barbaresco. The family possessions include an area of approximately 6 hectares cultivated with hazelnuts, the delicious Nocciola Piemonte PGI from the Langhe. With the new Production Regulations for Barolo and Barbaresco , the "Additional Geographical Mentions" have been officially codified, geographical areas of particular value for the cultivation of Nebbiolo. These include those which are the historical property of the Oddero company and which have been used since the 1980s, on the label, for Barolo and Barbaresco.
This is the company motto: "It is a moral imperative for everyone to look at their own territory with the greatest possible love. The hills of the Langhe have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since June 2014 and for this reason represent an ecosystem to be preserved and cared for with greater commitment by every citizen ."
