Graci

The Graci company only grows vines from its own territory: Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto. In compliance with the values that this expresses, interventions in the vineyard and cellar are limited to a minimum. Above all, no herbicides are used so as not to alter the balance and energy of the earth. The barrels used are produced with very long seasoning wood. All the work of the Graci company is aimed at supporting the personality of the vineyards while keeping the diversity intact between one vintage and another. Grapes and volcano , these are Graci's wines, the only interpreters of an extraordinary terroir. The cellar is an old and majestic winery masterfully restored by Alberto. The wines always demonstrate a unique and enviable personality: the style of Graci's reds is always recognisable, with full and harmonious aromas, while the whites leave room for a truly remarkable minerality and flavour. An obligatory stop on the journey through the Sicilian panorama.
