Gaiole in Chianti is one of the most suitable places for the production of Chianti and right here stands a splendid ancient building, once a Cistercian monastery which divided, with its crenellated walls, the borders between Siena and Florence. The Chianti Classico "Annata" , the Riserva "Baròncole" and the " Percarlo" are selections made in the vineyard from the best Sangiovese vineyards with separate harvests to best highlight the link between the wine and the Chianti tradition.
