The Antoniotti winery is located in the municipality of Biella, a historic winery already active since the early nineteenth century and, today, carried on for seven generations. Located in Piedmont, on the slopes of the hills in the Gattinara area, the Antoniotti winery is located in a particularly important area from a wine-growing point of view. The Antoniotti winery dedicates just 5 hectares to the cultivation of vines which, located between 400 and 500 meters above sea level, make the wines produced particularly unique. Among the native grapes used, the territorial variant of Pramartello cannot fail to be mentioned. The company also grows Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina, together with other rare vines. Production is limited to a few thousand bottles per year. In fact, the cultivated vines have low quantitative yields; this is due to the fact that the producer focuses on quality, therefore on reduced production and scrupulous pruning of the plants, thus guaranteeing meticulous care for the entire vineyard. It is no coincidence that the company uses barrels made of local oak wood, obtained from the trees surrounding the property, to refine and age the wine. The production of Bramaterra is significant. It is a wine whose production is permitted only in the area that extends between Biella and Vercelli and which involves the use of the famous "Nebbiolo" grape variety.
