This is how the sparkling white wines produced with the Ancestral Method are born , refermented in the bottle "sur lie", i.e. on indigenous yeasts and without added solophorous, a skilful blend of Glera, Bianchetta and Verdiso grapes.
The winery's vineyards extend for approximately 7 hectares, located on a calcareous and clayey soil very favorable to the cultivation of Glera, which is surrounded by other small plots of land, in which fruit trees and olive trees are grown and a vegetable garden dedicated to medicinal herbs.
