Adami

The Adami winery is a historical reality of Prosecco: for almost a century, and therefore for several generations, the Adami family has been a point of reference for Treviso bubbles. It all starts with Abele who buys a small vineyard and begins the production of this extraordinary sparkling wine. The winery is based in Vidor, one of the most suitable areas for the production of Prosecco. Here the land, the exposures and even the climate are perfect for the cultivation of glera, the grape used to produce Prosecco. And here we find the famous "rive", that is, those parts of the hills, mainly steep (it reaches a 70% slope) and terraced, where glera has always been cultivated. Each bank gives a product with different characteristics, in terms of grapes: real French crus, which then characterize, highlighted on the label, the different sparkling wines produced. A difficult, painstaking job, in difficult conditions, from an environmental point of view, but which produces its fruits in terms of characterizing the product according to the territory. Naturally, the processing procedures must be carried out strictly by hand, like the harvest, and separated to highlight their peculiar characteristics.
Currently the brothers Armando and Franco Adami, winemakers, lead the company; they have a modern and personal vision of production, which has given a precise identity to the entire line of Adami wines which in this way has achieved great success both in Italy and abroad. In fact, there are many countries in the world that appreciate Adami production and identify it as a model of quality of the work carried out in Italy for generations.
