Glass
It is the perfect glass for structured, intense, aged red wines or potentially suitable for refinement; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is possible by the prolonged contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous cup size.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored, for at least another 7-8 years.

Description
Madonna delle Grazie Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an elegant and structured red wine, made by the historic Il Marroneto winery. It is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Sangiovese grapes, the native variety that represents the most authentic soul of this territory. The vineyards from which the bunches come are located about 400 meters above sea level. The vines draw nourishment from the mineral composition of the soils rich in sea sand. Once the ideal degree of ripeness has been reached, the bunches are carefully selected during the manual harvest. In the cellar the alcoholic fermentation lasts three weeks and involves the use of fine oak barrels. Refinement follows, which involves a long rest of three and a half years in Allier oak barrels and a further passage of at least 10 months in glass after bottling. Perfect right from the start, Madonna delle Grazie Brunello di Montalcino DOCG manages to give the best surprises to those who know how to wait up to ten years.
