Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Malavoglia Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOCG is an intense and persistent red signed Ca' La Bionda . Obtained from a skilful blend of Corvina (70%), Corvinone (20%) and Rondinella (10%), this red wine perfectly exemplifies the peculiarities of a territory in which viticulture has achieved excellent qualitative results. The grapes necessary for its production are grown at an altitude between 150 and 300 metres, on a calcareous-clayey soil, which proves to be ideal for giving them the right structure, and come from vines from 3 to 30 years old age. After a careful harvesting phase, the grapes undergo a first alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in large steel tanks and a second refermentation on the skins of Amarone and Recioto, in accordance with the best tradition for Ripasso Valpolicella. Thanks to an 18-month aging in large oak barrels, it can also be enjoyed after 4-5 years of rest.
