'Masetto Dorè' Vineyards of the Dolomites IGP Endrizzi 2020

Masetto Doré Vigneti delle Dolomiti PGI is a fragrant white wine from the Endrizzi winery, a company that authentically interprets the uniqueness of this wine-growing area. The grapes of the international Chardonnay vine, destined to be vinified alone, are grown on a hill which enjoys optimal conditions for the growth of the vine. Southern exposure and adequate ventilation ensure the plants have the ideal microclimate. When they have reached maturity, the bunches are carefully selected by hand and then harvested. In the cellar, the vinification begins with the soft pressing of the grapes and continues with the fermentation inside small French oak and Hungarian acacia barrels. The refinement involves a first phase in wood, which lasts a few months, to end with a year's rest in the bottle. By virtue of this vinification process, Masetto Doré Vigneti delle Dolomiti PGI can be appreciated immediately, as well as after a further 10-year evolution.
