It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The red wine Mason di Mason Alto Adige DOC Bio is undoubtedly one of the best productions of the Manincor winery. Only excellent quality Pinot Noir grapes are used, grown on well-structured soils, located on hills with very favorable climatic conditions. Added to this is the long winemaking tradition of this cellar which perfectly combines artisanal production processes and modern processing techniques. To obtain the Mason di Mason Alto Adige DOC Bio red wine, a very careful harvest is carried out. The bunches, after a soft pressing, ferment in wooden vats in a completely spontaneous way thanks to indigenous yeasts; subsequently the refinement takes place in wooden barriques for at least 12 months. The result is a well-structured red wine, with excellent body and easy to drink.
