It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

Maurizio Zenella is a classic Bordeaux blend, fruit of the expert minds of Ca' Del Bosco, which has made the Franciacorta area a real treasure chest, from which this intense and decisive red stands out. The peculiarities of this wine can already be admired from the bottle; each one is, in fact, numbered, precisely to underline the prestige of each individual piece. Furthermore, to honor the founder, Ca' del Bosco has created an autographed label. The vineyards, located near Lake Iseo, produce red berried grapes of various kinds; the most characteristic are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The manual harvest is followed by a separate vinification process for the three grapes, so that the correct ripening times are respected for each one. The fermentation involves the permanence for about 20 days on the skins, after which there is a long maturation in wood. It is only at this point that the union of the three blends takes place, merging their best characteristics without confusing them.
