Trento Spumante Brut Maximum Ferrari is a delicate and soft DOC sparkling wine on the palate. It was born in Trentino, specifically on the hills between the towns of Val d'Adige, Val di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi. It is obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes. A curiosity: Trento Spumante Brut Maximum has a lower carbon dioxide pressure than other Trentodocs from the historic Ferrari cellar so as to be more elegant and velvety. Thanks to the 120 hectares of vineyards in a region famous for its high quality "bubbles", the Ferrari company is the leader in its area both in terms of production and quality. Trento Spumante Brut Maximum Ferrari is obtained from grapes harvested by hand in the first 15 days of September and according to the classic method. It matures on the lees for 36 months followed by a further stop in the bottle which embellishes its fragrant and fruity tones. The Bibenda guide awarded it 4 bunches of grapes defining it: "a wine of great level and outstanding value". This versatile sparkling wine can be sipped throughout the meal, but always in the company of friends.
