Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
The Trento Spumante Brut 'Maximum' Rosè from the Ferrari winery is an expression of the pursuit of perfection in terms of bubbles. Trentino, with soils of good texture and high altitudes, is highly suited to the production of quality sparkling wines. The pioneer of this enterprise was Giulio Ferrari who wanted to create a Trentino sparkling wine similar to French Champagne. We owe him the merit of having introduced the international vine par excellence in Italy. Thanks to his intuition, this region can be considered the largest Chardonnay vineyard in the boot. The results are still visible today and can be touched with the senses. The bubbles born with rest on the lees lasting 36 months express the highest sensory qualities. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines, which are the basis of the production of Trento Spumante Brut 'Maximum' Rosé, complement each other giving softness and liveliness at the same time. The varieties manage to express the finesse and elegance that have always distinguished the brand synonymous with sparkling quality.
