'Mea Rosa' Rosé Liguria di Levante IGT Lunae Bosoni 2021

The Mea Rosa Rosato Liguria di Levante IGT is a wine produced in the Lunae Bosoni winery. The company is located in Ortonova, in the province of La Spezia and, since 1966, has been one of the most flourishing businesses in this unique area, thanks to the care, passion and dedication of the family. The grapes come from the Vermentino vine, a classic in this area, halfway between land and sea, with soil rich in clay, silt and limestone and where the climate is Mediterranean. All stages of wine processing take place in full respect of tradition and environmental sustainability, in order to best preserve every scent and characteristic. After the manual harvest, we continue with the soft pressing and fermentation in steel. The refinement always takes place in steel for a few months, before proceeding with bottling and placing on the market. The Mea Rosa Rosato Liguria di Levante IGT is a soft and structured wine, perfect for ready to drink, fresh and fragrant.
