Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
The Merlot Venezia Giulia IGT from the Ramuscello winery tells the story of a passionate group of winemakers who gave life to one of the most interesting cooperatives in the Friuli Venezia Giulia wine area. They have realized a project that began half a century ago and is still developing. In the last decade, in fact, the cellar has renewed its image and the technologies used. The land, located in the low plains, enjoys favorable pedo-climatic conditions thanks to the presence of mountains that protect them from the cold north winds. The soils are alluvial in nature, stony but rich in water. The thermal excursions help to give balance between hard and soft sensations. Merlot, an international vine, with which this wine is produced has found the ideal habitat to express itself at its best. The vinification, carried out with painstaking care, ensures the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the starting grapes: hints, body and colour. They outline the profile of a robust, full-bodied and intense wine.
