It is a wine which, curiously, comes from a precise reasoning carried out by tasting the grapes in the vineyard during the harvest by the founder of the company. Finding it extraordinary, he decided to vinify this Vermentino alone. After a short maceration in contact with the skins and a very soft pressing, it rested for a few weeks on the lees. It underwent a long fermentation at a controlled temperature and decanted naturally until May, before being bottled. Aromatic exaltation of the fruit, full, soft and round pulp, it reaches its full expression in the year following its harvest. An uncommon, intense, long-lived wine.
