'Moden Blanc' Spumante Pignoletto Modena DOC Brut Cleto Chiarli

Moden Blanc Spumante Brut Pignoletto di Modena DOC is produced by the Cleto Chiarli winery, a winery intent on bringing out the most authentic character of this denomination. This is the case with this label which is obtained from the single-variety vinification of grapes of the local Pignoletto variety, a vine that has also been rediscovered thanks to the commitment of local winemakers. Thanks to the beneficial action of factors such as the microclimate and sun exposure, the vines are able to produce healthy berries. The harvest begins towards the first week of October, with manual selection of the best bunches which are transported to the cellar. Here the grapes undergo the first alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place during the refermentation in autoclave typical of the Martinotti method. Moden Blanc Spumante Brut Pignoletto di Modena DOC is designed to be appreciated when young, so as to discover all the varietal aromas.
