This fresh, intriguing and pleasantly floral wine is made from a mixed blend of native Aosta Valley and international vines, naturally white berried, practically cultivated under the slopes of Mont Blanc. Production begins with a manual harvest and subsequently with a soft pressing of the grapes, followed by a 12-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks (controlled temperature 18-20 °C.) to keep the aromas intact. In the glass we find it crystalline, of a straw yellow color. The nose is delicate and fruity together. On the palate, immediate, fragrant, light, slightly acidic and therefore very pleasant to drink. The combinations are typical of the valley cuisine: mixed appetizers, cured meats, first courses (cereal soups, pasta, soups), flans, vegetable omelettes, river fish, white meats, delicate short and medium-aged mountain pasture cheeses.
