'Monleale' Grappa di Barbera Vigneti Massa 2009 50 cl. Casey

Monleale Grappa di Barbera is a distillate produced by the Vigneti Massa winery in close collaboration with the Venetian Gianni Capovilla, one of the reference points in the sector at a national level. This label derives exclusively from the distillation of the pomace of the Barbera grapes used in the production of Monleale, a wine from the company range. The quality of this product is due to the very careful selection process of the best bunches of grapes. During the Monleale vinification process, the company keeps the pomace aside, which is subsequently used to give life to this grappa. Before distillation, the "virgin" pomace is fermented. The refinement phase allows the grappa to acquire greater complexity. A glass of Monleale Grappa di Barbera can be tasted immediately after a meal with enormous satisfaction, as well as after careful conservation for about ten years.
