These are mostly great classics by Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, Mahler and Vivaldi, carefully chosen by Michel and appropriately matched to the various situations and various labels. This sparkling wine is also interesting for the very low sugar dosage (extra brut) which delivers it to us clean, vibrant, very dry.
