Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Montefalco Rosso DOC wine from the Adanti winery is obtained from a skilful blend of 70% Sangiovese grapes, 15% Sagrantino grapes, 5% Barbera, Merlot and Cabernet grapes respectively. The vineyards are located along the slopes of the Umbrian hills and guarantee an optimal production, thanks to the excellent exposure to the sun and the particular nature of the soil. This company has been operating for over 50 years in the wine sector, producing quality wines and wisely enhancing the territory and the craftsmanship. A precise production cycle is followed to obtain the Montefalco Rosso DOC red wine. The harvest begins when the bunches have reached an excellent ripeness and, after a light pressing, we go directly to the vinification. The maturation is carried out in large oak barrels to then refine directly in the bottle. The wine obtained has a good structure and body, elegant, fresh and well-balanced. The presence of Sangiovese and Sagrantino give a rather evident tannic imprint that the aging in wood and time have smoothed and smoothed. Ideal to consume in moments of joy with a barbecue with friends.
