It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane Apollo DOCG is a wine produced at the Ausonia winery in Atri. The company, born in 2005, is a small reality in the Abruzzo area and produces only prestigious labels, faithful testimonies of the area of origin. The grapes come from the Montepulciano vines, grown on land located at 250 meters above sea level, exposed to the East, of calcareous and silty origin. Their position allows you to benefit from the early morning sun. After the harvest, carried out at the end of September, the grapes are carefully selected and softly pressed. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place, the refinement takes place in terracotta amphorae for 11 months. Before being put on the market, the wine needs a period of rest in the bottle. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane Apollo DOCG is an intense and velvety wine, which is well suited for immediate drinking, but can evolve in the cellar for a long period of time.
