Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect glass for light and medium-structured red wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is a wine that is produced at the Masciarelli winery in San Martino sulla Marrucina. The company represents one of the largest wineries in Abruzzo. The grapes come from a blend of Montepulciano vines, grown on clayey and calcareous soils located at various altitudes, therefore the final product contains all the characteristics of the different microclimates and gives all the varietal notes of the vine. The cultivation systems adopted are those in Guyot and Pergola Abruzzo. After the harvest, only the best bunches are subjected to red vinification through alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. At the end we proceed with maceration on the skins for 15 days, while the final refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period of 20 months. The next phase is that of bottling and marketing. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is an intense and balanced wine, perfect for immediate drinking.
