The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva Marina Cvetic from the Masciarelli winery is a still red wine whose grape variety is made up of 100% Montepulciano. The soil on which this wine is born is medium-textured clayey with a south-east exposure. The harvest takes place after the first ten days of October, after which we continue with the vinification which takes place in stainless steel tanks and then moves on to the maceration lasting 30 days. Aging takes place in first and second passage French oak barriques; after 18 months the wine is left to rest in the bottle for at least six months before being put on the market. With Denomination of Controlled Origin, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva Marina Cvetic is an excellent wine to drink immediately but it can be left to rest in the cellar for even more than 5 years. With a warm and soft taste, this still red wine is the faithful expression of one of the historic vines of Abruzzo.
