It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Vigneto Sant'Eusaio is a full-bodied red wine produced by the Valle Reale winery. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Montepulciano grapes, the most common red berried variety in these areas. The vineyards rise about 500 meters above sea level and are managed according to the rigorous practices of organic farming. In line with the biodynamic philosophy, the rhythms of nature are followed for the work between the rows, which is carried out rigorously up to the moment of the harvest, with manual sorting. Once in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and then left to ferment spontaneously in large stainless steel tanks. The refinement involves an initial passage of one year always in steel containers and a subsequent rest of at least 8 months in glass following bottling. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Vigneto Sant'Eusaio boasts a considerable potential for further evolution for a few years.
