Large Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

Montiano Lazio Rosso PGI represents an innovation in the wine field. It is, in fact, a wine that comes from red grapes planted on land traditionally dedicated to the breeding of white grape varieties. Experimentation and research are always synonymous with growth and progress. In this case the initiative has been rewarded. The Falesco company of the Cotarella family has been able to distinguish itself once again by creating a product that immediately met with success and curiosity. The winery is located in an area on the border between Lazio and Umbria, famous for having always produced extraordinary wines destined for papal and noble tables. The bunches of Merlot destined for the production of Montiano ripen in a healthy context in which the environment is protected in every area of the vineyard and cellar work. The wine, while representing a novelty, manages to keep the identity of the local wines intact. The final consumer will have the opportunity to perceive, at the first sip, all the territoriality of this corner of central Italy.
