Glass
It is the perfect goblet for white wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile and this is possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The More Maiorum Fiano di Avellino DOCG is a wine that is born at the Mastroberardino winery in Atripalda. The desire to rediscover one's roots, together with the enhancement of the territory are the main characteristics of this very ancient company. The grapes come from the Fiano vines, grown on calcareous and clayey soils, exposed to the South/West at 400 meters above sea level. The temperature variations between day and night help to give more structure to the plants. The training system adopted is Guyot. After the manual harvest and the selection of the best bunches, the white vinification takes place with fermentation in barriques. The refinement takes place in acacia barriques for 6 months and before being put on the market it needs 24 months of rest in the bottle. The More Maiorum Fiano di Avellino DOCG is a savory and complex wine, ideal for immediate tasting, but it can rest in the cellar for a few years.
