Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
The Rinaldini winery with the M'Oro Emilia IGT expresses all the characteristics of liveliness, freshness and joy of its homeland, Emilia Romagna. For over fifty years, in fact, high quality wines have been made here thanks to respect for seasonality, the territory and, of course, the traditional winemaking methods adopted. The vineyards are located on purely gravelly soils where the microclimate contributes to the growth and maturation of the grapes in order to preserve and enhance all the best organoleptic characteristics. M'Oro Emilia IGT comes mainly from Chardonnay vines (85%) to which small percentages of Pinot Bianco are added, both non-native species, but which have managed to adapt perfectly to this territory. The refinement takes place in the underground cellars of the estate, which occupy an area of 1000 square meters and are occupied by French oak and acacia barrels. A fresh, lively white wine with an accentuated minerality, suitable for light meals, but also perfect as an aperitif for informal moments with friends.
