Moscato d'Asti DOCG Palladino 2021

Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a wine produced at the Palladino winery in Serralunga d'Alba. Located in the prestigious Langhe area, the company stands out for the perfect combination of tradition and modernity. The grapes come from the Moscato vineyards, located on marly soils at about 350 meters above sea level and facing South/East. The training system adopted is the simple Guyot one. The phase following the manual harvest is the soft pressing, followed by a long alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The malolactic fermentation instead takes place in cement containers, while the final refinement takes place in steel tanks. Before being bottled, the wine needs to be filtered, while the bottles must be sterilised, in order to avoid the formation of residual yeasts. Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a fresh and pleasant wine, perfect to accompany the most delicious desserts.
