I Vigneti delle Dolomiti Müller Thurgau IGT from the prestigious South Tyrolean winery Colterenzio is a unique white wine of its kind, an exceptional product that has a potential for aging for a couple of years. Result of the single-variety vinification of Müller Thurgau grapes, this label is a perfect standard-bearer of the winemaking art of the Cembra Valley. A terroir wine that is part of the classic line of the cellar, which in addition to varietal whites also includes red wines. After a careful manual harvest, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing, then the must follows a fermentation in steel. Subsequently the wine is left to mature for a few months on the lees in the same containers. The result is a Vigneti delle Dolomiti Müller Thurgau IGT with a juicy sip, a very refined white, with good persistence and characterized by a fresh aroma, a simple but stylish wine. A surprising and never banal white.
