Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description
We are in the splendid region of Alto Adige, in the province of Bolzano, where the fragrant Michei di Michei Müller Thurgau Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine is produced in the Hofstätter wine estate. The company boasts a long family tradition and is currently in its fourth generation, thanks to the passion and dedication to a unique territory. The grapes come from the Müller Thurgai vines grown on a calcareous and clayey soil at 850 meters above sea level along a sunny slope mitigated by the fresh Alpine currents. After the manual harvest, the skins remain in contact with the must before being pressed, followed by fermentation which takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement on the fine lees lasts about 6 months, always takes place in steel containers, mixing every week to enhance the varietal aromas. The Michei by Michei Müller Thurgau Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, is a fresh and balanced, fragrant and intense wine that is well suited for ready to drink.
