Description
The Müller Thurgau Sòfi from the historic Franz Haas winery is an excellent white wine with Typical Geographical Indication that well represents the renowned winemaking tradition of Südtirol. Produced from the vinification of 100% Müller Thurgau grapes, the fruit of a vine native to Germany, this extraordinary terroir wine belongs to the Sofia line, created to satisfy the request of Franz Jr.'s daughter, who wanted to have a wine with her name, hence an entire line of labels that celebrates it was born. Müller Thurgau Sòfi is a white wine with a very pleasant sip, the result of a vinification in steel, at the end of which the grapes ripen for 5 months in the same containers, after which the wine is bottled. However, before being marketed, there is still a period of aging in the bottle. The result is an aromatic white, particularly fresh and perfectly balanced. A wine of medium structure, lively and elegant. An interesting label that James Suckling, one of the most important voices of wine critics, has defined as exceptional.
