'Naturae' Franciacorta Brut Nature Barone Pizzini 2018

Franciacorta Brut "Naturae" is an organic sparkling wine produced in Lombardy in the prestigious Barone Pizzini winery, made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. "Naturae" Franciacorta Brut Nature ferments for about 6 months, partly in vats stainless steel and partly in perfumed oak barriques, at a controlled temperature. Furthermore, the sparkling wine is aged for about thirty months in the bottle before the final disgorgement. The "Nature" Franciacorta Brut Nature has a very bright and fine gold color. A sparkling wine with an intense and powerful aroma, with notes of hazelnuts, almonds and pineapple. On the palate, it is rigorous with a strong sapidity, it is also fresh, but with an important structure. On the palate, it is dry yet powerful and elegant. It has a mineral character, with a very balanced structure. The refined sparkling wine "Nature" Franciacorta Brut Nature is perfect to accompany sushi and is perfectly combined with seafood. Also suitable for fish and shellfish first and second courses. It also goes very well with vegetable risottos and cheeses.
