Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass

Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description

The Nebbiolo Coste della Sesia produced by the historic Piedmontese winery Antoniotti is an extremely elegant terroir red wine. A prestigious label with a unique character, closely linked to the territory which, thanks to its good evolution, has a marked aging potential. Fruit of vineyards cultivated in the Coste della Sesia DOC denomination area (with artisanal methods and without the use of chemical and synthetic substances), this red is the result of a blend composed of Nebbiolo (90%) and Croatina (10%) , is a wine made as it once was. Nebbiolo Coste della Sesia takes shape from perfectly healthy grapes, harvested and sorted only and exclusively by hand. Once in the cellar, the bunches are destemmed, followed by a spontaneous fermentation in steel. Subsequently, as tradition dictates, the wine is aged for 1 year in large oak barrels. The final product is an intense red, with a good structure, which is characterized by its excellent aromatic profile. An elegant label, for a wine with a very pleasant fresh sip.
