Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Vigna Santa Rosalia is a robust and refined red wine signed by Giacomo Brezza . To create this label, the company cultivates Nebbiolo grapes in the vineyard of the same name, a real Cru. Located about three hundred meters above sea level, it enjoys a western exposure and an ideal substrate for producing high quality grapes. Once the harvest has been carried out in the traditional way, the grapes are transported to the cellar, where they are gently pressed and left to ferment. The short maceration on the skins does not last more than eight days, so as to limit the percentage of tannins in the wine. Then it is aged in oak barrels for a period of about a year and for another year in the bottle, in refinement, before being put on the market. With its intense and fragrant notes, elegant and refined, the Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC Vigna Santa Rosalia is perfect to be enjoyed even after a further rest in the cellar.
