- It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
It is a real Cru (as the French would say). An area very suitable for that specific vine, in this case Nebbiolo. It is produced from old vineyards on the steep and sunny hill of Valmaggiore, which has always been considered the cradle of the best Nebbiolo wines on the left of the Tanaro. Through a traditional vinification at controlled temperature and thanks to an aging in oak barrels, a wine of an intense red color with light orange reflections is obtained. Ethereal and vinous bouquet with an elegant, soft and harmonious flavor from which the light tannins typical of the great Nebbiolos stand out. Recommended temperature 18-20°C. A "small" Barolo.
