Negroamaro is the vine par excellence of Salento: dark, intense, full, it is the perfect emblem of the land it represents. Vinification: after destemming the grapes, the must is macerated on the skins for 6-7 days at a temperature of 24-26°C. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, one part is aged in barriques, the other in steel. The aging capacity: it is quite long, 2 and more years, even if in this version the oenologist has preferred to focus on drinkability and daily pleasantness rather than longevity.Colour: intense ruby red, it is a broad and persistent wine with perceptible hint of cherry and vanilla notes. The taste is full-bodied, round with soft and balanced tannins. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
