NePr iCa Negroamaro has a ruby red colour . The nose shows hints of cherry and dog rose , with slight notes of pepper and herbs de Provence . The entrance to the palate is soft , distinguished by elegant tannins and good freshness capable of enhancing the characteristic minerality . _ _ _ _ _
