'NM' Cuvée Chardonnay Sauvignon Vineyards of the Dolomites IGT Nals Margreid 2022

NM Cuvée Chardonnay Sauvignon Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a white wine made by the South Tyrolean wine cooperative Nals Margreid . It is mainly obtained from Chardonnay grapes, which represent 70% of the blend, while the remaining 30% comes from Sauvignon grapes. The two white berried varieties lend themselves particularly well to cultivation on Dolomite soil, characterized by the presence of gravel and numerous minerals. The members belonging to the company cultivate the vines in various locations in the province of Bolzano. When the grapes reach the ideal degree of ripeness, a manual sorting is carried out before the harvest, separated by variety. In the cellar, the winemaking processes are designed to preserve the freshness of the vines. For this reason, the use of only steel containers is preferred, both during the alcoholic fermentation phase at low temperatures and in the subsequent refinement. NM Cuvée Chardonnay Sauvignon Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is a ready-to-drink white, very soft and fragrant, to be appreciated within a couple of years after bottling.
