Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
One of the pearls of Tuscany is represented by the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG , one of the flagship products of the historic Avignonesi winery. The label is a blend made up of different vineyards, in different areas, of 100% pure Sangiovese grapes. The mild climate of the Sienese hills, combined with perfect sun exposure, allows for excellent ripening of the grapes throughout the year. The vines also follow the principles of organic farming, therefore interventions on the plant are reduced to a minimum. To ensure that the Sangiovese grapes can express their full potential, it is necessary to subject them to careful manual selection. Following the fermentation on indigenous yeasts, the aging process begins. It takes place in two phases and initially involves 12 months of aging in French barriques, followed by a further 6 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Avignonesi's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is an intense and constantly evolving wine over time; it is particularly versatile and complex.
