Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description
The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is an excellent product of the La Braccesca Antinori winery. The company has very ancient origins and still today represents one of the most flourishing realities in the Tuscan region, which has always been dedicated to viticulture. The grapes come from the Sangiovese (90%) and Merlot (10%) vines, located at the foot of the hills surrounding Cortona, where the climate is continental in nature, on soils rich in sand and skeleton. After the harvest which took place in September, maceration on the skins is carried out and subsequently the wine is transferred to large barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. Subsequently, the maturation process lasting about a year is carried out and after bottling the wine requires a further period of refinement for a period of 12 months. Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG is elegant and soft, perfect for immediate drinking, but which can rest in the cellar for a few years, thanks to its longevity.
