Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
NPU 2004 Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru is produced, in a limited edition, by the Bruno Paillard maison. It is the fruit of a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, present in equal measure. The bunches used to make this prestigious label come exclusively from plots classified as Grand Cru. The vocation of the Reims area is carefully preserved through cultivation methods that respect the ecosystem. In the cellar, the processes stand out for their originality right from the 9-month fermentation, which takes place in small wooden barrels, ideal for giving the must great complexity. The subsequent aging on the lees lasts for 12 years during the second fermentation in the bottle foreseen by the Champenoise Method. After disgorgement, it is topped up with small percentages of addition liquid. The NPU 2004 Champagne Extra Brut Grand Cru is a label for special occasions, to be enjoyed immediately or after a further rest in the cellar which can last several years.
