Benevento IGT Nymphis Sacrae Coda di Volpe is a still white wine produced by the Masseria Frattasi winery, a historic reality in the Montesarchio area. This white tells in an unprecedented way a territory that is as little known as it is fascinating. It is obtained from the vinification of only Coda di Volpe grapes which, thanks to the work of this and other wineries, is regaining its place among the most important vines in Italy. Although it is considered a minor variety, it is actually experiencing a renaissance. This is due precisely to particular expressions such as that of this white. Masseria Frattasi interprets the vine in the classic still white version, in order to let this vine express itself in all its minerality and sapidity. In order to maintain freshness, after a careful selection of the grapes, the wine is vinified exclusively in steel. Benevento IGT Nymphis Sacrae Coda di Volpe Masseria Frattasi is a perfect wine to be enjoyed in youth, for an informal aperitif.
